Seeohee sought a qualified and experienced partner for the installation of an efficient building automation system, including a security system, within the scope of a Total Building Solution.

Siemens installed a customized Apogee building automation system with integrated HVAC, power, and lighting systems. The client/server architecture of the control and monitoring system enables normal operation even in case of a failure incident. Integrated into the Total Building Solution is an access control system with video surveillance and dual access control using card readers and fingerprint recognition, along with a fire protection system.

The environmentally friendly air-flow system adjusts the volume of incoming air according to the outdoor temperature. The lighting in public areas switches itself off to save energy when no one is present. The Total Building Solution enables effective cost management: the energy management system reduces electricity costs, and due to the central, all-encompassing automation, fewer operating and security personnel are required.

Automation and security from a single source increase efficiency through system integration. Optimal building management reduces operating and energy costs.
