In " scanning and detection" we distinguish between person scanning and scanning of goods, luggage and containers. Respective security solutions, ranging from trace detection, x-ray, metal and explosive detection up to the detection of nuclear, chemical and biological material are mostly applied in airports, ports, other areas of mass transportation as well as critical infrastructure and high-security areas.
