IFSEC 2008 - Interoperability was key to success for Siemens
IFSEC continues to be a very important international platform for Siemens and we were back in Birmingham in May with new products and new solutions to the many and varied security and safety issues faced by businesses throughout the globe. Also having been awarded by the European Commission for outstanding achievements in support of its “GreenBuilding” program, for the company’s support to customers in implementing improvements to the energy efficiency of their buildings, the stand also featured examples of Siemens adopting new and innovative ways of meeting environmental challenges.

Siemens BT at Safety & Security exhibition MIPS in Moscow
The international exhibition MIPS 2009 will take place in Moscow (Expocenter) from April 13 to 16, 2009. Siemens LLC, Building Technologies Division, will participate in this exhibition along with other world leading companies. MIPS is the largest international trade fair of it’s kind with a good reputation and tradition in Russia. The trade fair hostes more than 350 companies from 22 countries, and has been held annually since 1995.

„Increase your building efficiency“- Siemens exhibited at the ISH 2009, March 10 to 14, in Frankfurt/Main, the worlds leading trade fair for Bathroom Experience, Building, Energy, Air-conditioning Technology and Renewable Energies.Rising oil, gas and electricity prices change the requirements of building automation. The consumer market asks for more and more energy-efficient solutions from the industry for their building automation. Under the slogan “increase your building efficiency”, Siemens presented innovative products and systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications as well as software tools for planning of energy-efficient building automation, focusing on comfort and energy efficiency – from energy production to distribution and usage. Answers for infrastructure
Following the motto "Answers for infrastructure," Siemens Building Technologies (BT) is providing innovative answers to the growing need for personal safety and the protection of public and personal infrastructure facilities from 7 to 10 October 2008 at the Security Trade Exhibition in Essen. This years' topical focus is on the interoperability of building technology systems.
