For the first time, video surveillance is directly integrated in fire alarm systems. The video fire controller allows for reliable alarm and event verification, providing an answer to enhanced security needs. In case a fire alarm is activated, images are transmitted for live evaluation or recorded for subsequent analysis.

• The Sinteso Video Fire Controller (VFC) combines reliable and flexible fire safety with security systems. Image recording with pre- and post-alarm recording allows for subsequent analysis of an event such as vandalism, e.g. malicious activation of a fire alarm or arson.

• The VFC can be directly connected to fire panels via FDnet detector bus and to video surveillance systems via Ethernet.
