Hotel solution provides a choice of solutions. The basic version satisfies the standard functions “Guest comfort“ and “Energy savings“ while the technology integrated in the system allows for convenient and customer-oriented service. Also, deployment of personnel can be planned efficiently.

The respective alarms (max. 18) are configurable and can be tailored to the needs of your hotel. The guest alarms MUR (make up room), DND (please do not disturb) and SOS (help) are recorded and attention is ensured. False alarms can be cancelled from the front office after further inquiry via telephone. It is also possible to track how long it took for an alarm to be attended to.
The “Room clean“ function automates the process for room usage. Only when service staff press the service button is the front office informed that the respective room is ready for use. When the former or the new guest enters the room, the ”Room clean” status is cancelled. In luxury hotels, the “Room clean“ function is enabled by the supervisor. If the former guest decides to return to the room for a moment, a message is sent and the supervisor must again release the room.
