License Grant

Siemens Building Technologies hereby grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Siemens name or logo in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Siemens and/or Siemens Building Technologies is entitled to withdraw this license any time at its sole discretion.

• Siemens is and remains the sole owner of the Siemens logo. By entering into this nonexclusive license, the     user does not attain any interest in the logo.

• User agrees not to use the Siemens logo in any manner likely to confuse, mislead, or deceive the public, or to be adverse to the   best interest of Siemens Building Technologies or Siemens AG.

• User ensures that his activities and especially the use of the logo are in line with the Siemens business conduct guidelines.

• User agrees that Siemens maintains all rights, titles and interest thereto including, without limitation, all intellectual property   and other property rights.

• User agrees to use the logo only on the website described above and to keep this website always accessible to Siemens.

• User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Siemens AG from and against any claim, proceeding, action, fine, loss, costs and   damages arising out of or relating to any use of the Siemens Logo.

• Siemens reserves the right to alter or amend these guidelines at any time and without notice to the user.
